I say of myself, we are tired of seeing evil prevail over good; And
we do not understand why God, as revealed by the person of Jesus Christ, does
not respond to evil, with the same pay.
The answer that the Holy Spirit
of Truth (João 14:17)
gives us is that God the Father does not know evil. And therefore, there is no
way to respond to evil, because if do, will be equating with the Evil One.
Let
no man say when he is tested, I am tested by God; for it is not possible for
God to be tested by evil, and he himself puts no man to such a test: Tiago 1:13;
Every
good and true thing is given to us from heaven, coming from the Father of
lights, with whom there is no change or any shade made by turning. Tiago 1:17.
Consequently, it is clear that
the God revealed by the Scriptures, said sacred, which affirms of itself: See
now, I myself am he; there is no other god but me: giver of death and life,
wounding and making well: and no one has power to make you free from my hand. Deuteronômio 32:39; He
is without a doubt the Devil (Apocalipse 12:9).
And that is exactly what makes
the Holy Spirit of Truth clear through the Apostle Paul (Gálatas 1:11,12),
when he clarifies:
And
because the children are flesh and blood, he took a body himself and became
like them; so that by his death he might put an end to him who had the power of
death, that is to say, the Evil One; And let those who all their lives were in chains
because of their fear of death, go free. Hebreus 2:14,15.
In this way, we lose the fear of
dying, but we remain submissive to suffering and pain until death.
It will be our death modeled on
the person of Jesus Christ, who will give us liberation from the bondage of
Satan, also called Devil, Evil, among other denominations.
And seeing the model of Jesus
Christ, we are obliged to pay the evil with the good, otherwise we lose our
salvation. For whoever repays evil with evil remains in the image of the Evil
One.
Now you can understand the
determination of Jesus Christ:
Then
Jesus said to his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him give up
all, and take up his cross, and come after me.
Therefore, to find the life in
Jesus Christ is to pay the evil with the good.
My
loved one, do not be copying what is evil, but what is good. He who does good
is of God: he who does evil has not seen God. 3 João 1:11. On
the contrary, he who does not do so has lived with the Devil.
For the same reason, Let love be without deceit. Be haters of
what is evil; keep your minds fixed on what is good. Romanos 12:9 ; Do not give evil for evil to any man. Let
all your business be well ordered in the eyes of all men. Romanos 12:17.
However, Paul did not do the good he wanted, sometimes,
but the evil he did not want, (Romanos 7:19) so
he claimed to have a thorn in the flesh; But Paul knew the Truth and speaks of
the truth that he would wish to live and for which he was martyred, proving his
victory over evil.
Therefore, let no one give evil for evil; but ever go after what
is good, for one another and for all. 1 Tessalonicenses 5:15.
Neighbor, for Jesus Christ, is
any human being, both those who do good and those who do evil, being the answer
the same, doing good to those who do us wrong. Mateus 5:44,45.
That is, not giving back evil for evil, or curse for curse, but in
place of cursing, blessing; because this is the purpose of God for you that you
may have a heritage of blessing. 1 Pedro 3:9.
For
we all have to come before Christ to be judged; so that every one of us may get
his reward for the things done in the body, good or bad. 2 Coríntios 5:10.
Those
who have done good, into the new life; and those who have done evil, to be
judged. João 5:28,29.
So, how much longer will
wickedness act freely upon our humanity?
Until the day marked by God the
Father for the Last Judgment.
But
of that day and hour no one has knowledge, not even the angels in heaven, or
the Son, but the Father only. Mateus 24:36.
Thus, Jesus Christ, the Word or
Word of God, who is one with the Father and the Holy Spirit, because there are
three witnesses of heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these
three are one. 1 João 5:7,8.
It is the Holy Spirit of Truth
who reveals to us:
For every living thing
was put under the power of change, not by its desire, but by him who made it
so, in hope That
all living things will be made free from the power of death and will have a
part with the free children of God in glory. For we are conscious that all living things are
weeping and sorrowing in pain together till now. And not only so, but we who have the first fruits of
the Spirit, even we have sorrow in our minds, waiting for the time when we will
take our place as sons, that is, the salvation of our bodies. Romanos 8:20-23.
And to obtain our salvation, our
redemption, we must have the image of Jesus Christ, which is possible only if
we repay evil with good. Because those who have the image of the devil pay evil
with evil.
And because the creation is
subject to the devil; Mankind has not accepted to live according to the model
witnessed by Jesus Christ, so it remains against this creation, the evil
prophecies foreseen in the Sacred Scriptures, from Genesis to the Apocalypse,
among which swears the devil:
I
will take away everything from the face of the earth, says the Lord. I will take away man and beast; I will take away the birds of
the heaven and the fishes of the sea; causing the downfall of the evil-doers,
and cutting man off from the face of the earth, says the Lord. Sofonias 1:2,3.
Because, "the light has come into the world and men
have more love for the dark than for the light, because their acts are evil." João 3:19.
That is, humans continue to pay
evil with evil. If so prevail, be prepared to live all that is prophesied by
the Devil in the Holy Scriptures. And if you desire your salvation from the
bondage of corruption, that is, the deliverance of the Devil, pay evil for
good, so that you may acquire the image of Jesus Christ.
And they (the Christians) overcame him (overcome the devil) through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their
witness; and loving not their lives they freely gave themselves up to death. (They'd
rather die than kill) Apocalipse 12:11.
In
this way, and we are certain that the
Son of God has come, and has given us a clear vision, so that we may see him
who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the
true God and eternal life. 1 João 5:20.
And
let him be turned from evil and do good; searching for peace and going after it
with all his heart. 1 Pedro 3:11.
But
he who goes through to the end will get salvation. Mateus 24:13.
In Jesus Christ, Grace and Peace.
